PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Oversee the day to day operational activities providing guidance to ensure successful implementation(s). Expertly deliver project plans including deadlines, scope management, resource forecasting and assignment, prioritize tasks and milestones. Accurately measure performance, and financials.
SOLICITATION & SITE ASSESSMENT: Effectively deliver reports to write and define scope, level of effort(s), installation methods or procedures, timelines, and bill of materials.
WIRELESS NETWORKING: Design and implementation of Microwave Point-to-Point, Point-to-Multipoint, and Mesh Networks. Desktop predesign and onsite analysis for installation within metropolitan areas, rural environments, highway stretches, flight lines, extreme climate, and challenging topographical regions.
STRUCTURED CABLING: Provide consultations for data network design in general construction and complex environments. Conversant with codes, standards, and industry best practices.
TELECOM & DATA CENTERS: Support occupant requirements, lighting parameters, HVAC parameters, UPS sizing, earthing / bonding cable entry and exit points.
Backbone Diagrams, Outlet Plan layouts and Distribution pathways: (conduit sizing and fill ratios, cable tray identification and spacing for other services)
FIELD TECHNICIAN: Installation of network infrastructure for LAN, WAN, voice, data, video and POS. Communications equipment including; Hubs, switches, routers, patch panels and work stations. Programming of electronic security equipment including; Control communicator devices, CCTV cameras, equipment and access control panels.
ELECTRICAL: Installing and bending EMT, IMC, and RMC using hand and hydraulic benders. Mounting and wiring of step-up and step down transformers, Sub panels, J-boxes and outlets.
KEY SKILLS AND OTHER RELATED KNOWLEDGE: Ability to see simple solutions for complex problems and deliver accordingly.
